MonoChrome Masterclasses – COVID Policy

It is your responsibility to maintain social distancing during the event.


Under current guidance “The Rule of Six” applies to this event in parts of England only. If further restrictions are applied by the government, workshops will be postponed or cancelled with a full refund.

  • Due to COVID-19, we have to change the way our workshops, masterclasses and tours are organised
  • By taking a few extra measures we can keep each other safe
  • This guide outlines the steps that everyone must take when joining an organised photography workshop


Before the Workshop / Masterclass / Tour

  • Check for symptoms
  • Download the NHS COVID App on to your mobile phone and have it enabled
  • If you have any COVID 19 symptoms you must not attend the event
  • Inform Andy Beel
  • You will receive a full refund of your event fee, payment will be made back to the same Pay Pal account used to book the event


What to take

  • Bring a freshly cleaned face mask
  • You may wish to bring hand sanitiser for your use
  • You may wish to bring a small first aid kit
  • Food must not be shared except between members of the same household


Getting to the event

  • Minimise use of car-sharing and public transport
  • If you do use public transport or car share with a person who is not a member of your household then wear a face mask at all times
  • Follow the latest government travel advice


On the event

  • Your attendance at our events is registered upon booking
  • This allows us to engage with Track and Trace agencies if necessary
  • Listen to Andy Beel’s safety briefing at the start of the event
  • Avoid touching street furniture/gates and stiles where possible
  • Use hand sanitiser when appropriate
  • When passing other walkers stand back and give way
  • If you are feeling unwell let Andy Beel know
  • Follow the Countryside Code (Revised COVID 19 version) where appropriate


After the event

  • If you have COVID 19 symptoms in the days after any of our events inform Andy Beel
  • Get yourself tested
  • Support NHS contact tracing
