My observation is I know a few you went to some of the links provided in the post to gain more information about the sustainability of your health.
Did you do anything about it once you knew for certain the terminal health issues associated with being overweight or obese?
As an update, I have currently lost just over 2 stone with about another 10 lbs to go to my target weight. I feel so much more energised and less fatigued than I used to walking up mountains in Wales with people 10 years older than me!

UPDATE 2 – Epson SC P800 Printer
The printer has good days and bad days. On the good days, it’s absolutely fine with no error messages such as remove the non-existent paper or (non-existent) roll paper detected open the rear door.
As this is a soft-fault it is inconsistent but I may be onto the potential cause – debris left over from the initial packing causing the error messages.
Has anybody else had similar issues with this printer? I will keep you informed.
